Rosemary Smith

Rosemary began her career in publishing and has been working in the list and data business since 1989. She owns RSA Direct, offering direct marketing consultancy and list services. With partner Jenny Moseley, she set up Opt-4 in 2003 which advises organisations on data protection compliance and the maximization of marketing permissions.She has helped to shape the regulatory framework for marketing through extensive trade association involvement including chairmanship of the Direct Marketing Association’s Governance Committee and the DMA Board. Rosemary has given presentations covering all aspects of data protection compliance and permission based marketing to audiences in the UK, Europe, USA, Australia and South Africa. David Hearn

David Hearn has been a marketer for 30 years and co-owner of direct and digital agency, AHK, for over 20. AHK plans and executes customer recruitment and development programmes for B2C and B2B companies, including Canon Europe, Adobe, GE Capital, Thomas Miller and The Warranty Group. Shane Redding

Shane is an independent consultant and runs her own business ‘Think Direct’. She has over 30 years’ international business to business and consumer direct & digital marketing experience and provides strategic advice and training to both end users and marketing suppliers. Currently Shane is working with a number of companies who are implementing Marketing Automation to transform their businesses. In addition to her consultancy business, Shane also holds a number of non executive directorships and board advisory roles, and in 2015 was named Educator of the Year by the IDM.

Martin Chilcott

Martin is acknowledged as an expert in direct and digital marketing and has been responsible for the development of successful marketing strategies and customer communications across a range of businesses. Paul Chuter

Paul Chuter is one of the UK’s leading sales and marketing communications practitioners.
